Yeh sandesh Atma ke phal, andaruni gathan, aguvai aur Missio Dei ko jodta hai. Parmeshwar ka mission hamara banaya hua prayojan nahi. Woh Parmeshwar se shuru hota hai, charitra aur bulahat ko saath gadhata hai, aur logon ko duniya mein chhoti par sachchi lehron ki tarah bhejta hai.

Jab hum seva ki baat karte hain, to sabse pehle humein Atma ke phal ko dekhna chahiye. Galatiyon 5 prem, anand, shanti, dhairya, daya, bhalai, vishwas-yogyata, namrata aur sanyam ka zikr karta hai. Yeh pehle yeh nahi kehta ki tum seva mein bahut chamko. Phal koi report card nahi; phal vyakti ke andar banne wali gunvatta hai.

Isi liye yeh vyakhyan leadership ke saamagri se nahi, Atma ke phal se shuru hua. Humne upasana mein saath baithkar prem, anand aur shanti ko phir padha. Leadership seekhna zaruri hai. Pustakein padhna aur sanrachna samajhna bhi zaruri hai. Lekin agar leadership sirf technique ban jaye aur andar ke vyakti se na guzre, to seva logon ko jeevan dene ke bajay thaka sakti hai.

Isliye vachan ke kendra mein rehna zaruri hai, par agar woh kendra lagataar logon ko udaas bana raha hai, to disha ko phir dekhna hoga. Agar vachan pakadne se sirf yeh vichar gehra hota rahe ki main nahi kar sakta, main kami wala hoon, main phir fail ho gaya, to gathan ruk sakta hai. Atma ke phal mein anand hai. Prem thandi kanooniyat nahi; prem jeevan dene wali garmi hai.

Upasana chalana bhi isi siddhant par chalta hai. Agar samuday ka vatavaran bahut bhaari aur udaas ho, to kabhi kabhi anand bhari stuti ki zarurat hoti hai. Agar vatavaran sirf garam hai par vachan ka kram nahi, to chup hokar phir se kendrit hone ka samay chahiye. Aatmikta ek hi mood se nahi tay hoti. Vachan, Atma ki swatantrata, anand aur kram ko saath pakadna hota hai.

Doosri taraf, Atma ki swatantrata bolte bolte kram aur vachan ko kho dena bhi khatarnak hai. Humein santulan chahiye. Vachan kendra mein rahe, Atma ki swatantrata jeevit rahe. Vyakhyan mein maine ek vaakya likhne ko kaha: Parmeshwar ke kendra se. Sab kuch Parmeshwar ke kendra se nikalna chahiye. Mera swabhav, pasand, junoon, vichar, seva ki yojana pehle nahi. Jo Parmeshwar se nahi nikalta, woh prabhavshali dikhne par bhi atishay ho sakta hai. Parmeshwar se na nikla hua utsah aakhir mein swayam ko sabit karne ki koshish ban sakta hai.

Yahin Missio Dei shabd aata hai. Missio Dei ka matlab hai Parmeshwar ka mission. Hum aksar mission ko sirf videsh jaane ya formal seva samajh lete hain. Lekin yah har us bulahat ko shamil karta hai jise Parmeshwar bhejta, shuru karta aur chalata hai. Yeh meri ichchha se banaya hua kaam nahi; yeh Parmeshwar se aayi hui bulahat hai.

Isliye mission ka prashn pehle jagah ka prashn nahi. Main kis desh gaya, kya meri padvi hai, kya mera kaam dharmik dikh raha hai, yeh pehla prashn nahi. Gehra prashn hai ki yeh kaam kahan se nikla. Agar Parmeshwar se nikla hai, to ghar, kaam ki jagah, kalisiya, sanskriti, padhai, sab mission ka kshetra ban sakte hain.

Mission ka prashn hai: kya main sach mein Parmeshwar se bheja gaya hoon, ya main apne dar, ichchha aur praman ki bhook se chal raha hoon?

Yahan leadership ka vishay phir laut kar aata hai. Sansadhan, vidhi, sanrachna aur kaushal sab chahiye. Par agar vyakti ke hone se pehle sirf uska kaam istemal kiya gaya, to leadership logon ko auzar bana degi. Sachchi aguvai pehle vyakti ke charitra, prem, shanti aur sanyam ko dekhna chahti hai.

Atma ka phal vyaktigat naitikta bhar nahi. Yeh samuday ko jeevit rakhta hai. Prem ke bina leadership thandi ho jaati hai. Anand ke bina seva bhaari bojh ban jaati hai. Shanti ke bina aguvai chinta failati hai. Dhairya ke bina logon ko jaldi khatam kar diya jaata hai. Namrata ke bina satya bhi chot pahucha sakta hai.

Isliye main phir kehna chahta hoon ki mission se pehle gathan zaruri hai. Gathan ka matlab hai ki vyakti Parmeshwar ke saamne dheere dheere ban raha hai. Kirdar aur bulahat alag alag nahi chal sakte. Agar bulahat badi ho par kirdar kamzor ho, to lehar door tak nahi jaati; kabhi kabhi aas-paas ke logon ko duba bhi deti hai.

Samuday ka kaam sabko ek jaisa banana nahi. Har vyakti alag boond hai. Kisi ki bulahat parivar mein dikhegi, kisi ki padhai mein, kisi ki kala mein, kisi ki seva mein, kisi ki vyavasaay mein. Swasth samuday in alag alag boondon ko Parmeshwar ke kendra se girne mein madad karta hai.

Missio Dei ka ek sundar pehlu yeh hai ki mission hamara bojh nahi, Parmeshwar ka kaam hai. Agar mission mera project hai, to mujhe hi use bachana padega. Par agar mission Parmeshwar ka hai, to mujhe vishwas-yogyata se bhaag lena hai. Yeh farq dil ko bahut halka karta hai.

Phir bhi halka hona laaparwahi nahi. Agar Parmeshwar bhejta hai, to taiyari bhi zaruri hai. Vachan, prarthana, charitra, soch, kaushal, sambandh, sab taiyar hone chahiye. Lekin taiyari ka kendra dar nahi, prem aur aagyakarita hai.

Ant mein, Missio Dei humein yeh yaad dilata hai ki hum apni chhoti kahani ke nayak nahi. Hum Parmeshwar ki badi kahani mein bheje gaye log hain. Agar hum Parmeshwar ke kendra se chalna seekhein, to hamara chhota jeevan bhi duniya mein sachchi lehar bana sakta hai.

Isliye prashn yeh nahi ki main kitna bada kaam karunga. Prashn hai ki main kahan se chal raha hoon. Agar kendra Parmeshwar hai, to chhoti seva bhi pavitra hai. Agar kendra main hoon, to bada kaam bhi thakan aur ahankar mein badal sakta hai.

Vyavaharik roop se iska matlab hai ki main apne din ki chhoti chunautiyon ko bhi bulahat ki jagah samjhun. Kisi ko dhairya se sunna, zimmedari imaandari se lena, apne andar ke phal ko dekhna, aur samuday ke saath chalna, yeh sab Missio Dei se juda hai. Parmeshwar ka mission hamesha stage par hi nahi, rozmarra ke chhote vishwas-yogya faislon mein bhi dikhai deta hai.

1. Seva se pehle Atma ka phal hai

Galatiyon 5 humein yaad dilata hai ki seva ki buniyad prem, anand, shanti, dhairya, daya, bhalai, vishwas-yogyata, namrata aur sanyam hai. Pradarshan se pehle vyakti ka andaruni gathan aata hai.

2. Vachan ka kendra anand ko maarna nahi chahiye

Agar vachan pakadne se sirf asamarthata aur dosh ki bhavana gehri hoti rahe, to humein dekhna chahiye ki gathan kahin ruk to nahi gaya. Atma ke phal mein anand bhi hai.

3. Upasana mein vachan, anand aur kram saath chahiye

Kabhi samuday ko anand bhari stuti chahiye, kabhi shaant kendrit vachan. Aatmik aguvai ek hi rang nahi; paristhiti ko dekhkar jeevan dene wala santulan chahti hai.

4. Sab kuch Parmeshwar ke kendra se nikalna chahiye

Mera junoon, pasand aur yojana pehle nahi. Agar koi seva Parmeshwar se nahi nikalti, to woh bhale hi dharmik dikhe, andar se swayam-praman ban sakti hai.

5. Missio Dei Parmeshwar ka mission hai

Mission sirf videsh ya formal dharmik seva nahi. Jo kaam Parmeshwar shuru karta, bhejta aur chalata hai, wahi Missio Dei hai.

6. Mission pehle srot ka prashn hai, jagah ka nahi

Gehra prashn yeh nahi ki main kahan gaya. Prashn hai ki yeh kaam kahan se nikla. Agar Parmeshwar bhejta hai, to ghar, daftar, kalisiya aur sanskriti sab mission kshetra hain.

7. Boond aur lehar bulahat ki tasveer hai

Parmeshwar se girti hui har boond apni lehar banati hai. Har vyakti alag hai, isliye har bulahat ka roop bhi alag ho sakta hai.

8. Bina kendra ke sakriyata lehar nahi banati

Kaam bahut ho sakta hai, par agar woh Parmeshwar ke kendra se nahi, to jeevan nahi deta. Mission ki jaan Parmeshwar se bheja jaana hai.

9. Leadership hone se shuru hoti hai, function se nahi

Pustakein, vidhi aur sanrachna zaruri hain, par unse pehle vyakti ka charitra zaruri hai. Bina gathan ke leadership logon ko auzar bana sakti hai.

10. Atma ka phal samuday ko jeevit rakhta hai

Prem, anand, shanti, dhairya aur namrata ke bina seva thakane wali, kathor aur chintit ban sakti hai. Phal vyaktigat nahi, samudayik bhi hai.

11. Bulahat aur charitra ko alag nahi kiya ja sakta

Badi bulahat kamzor charitra ke saath door tak swasth roop se nahi jaati. Parmeshwar vyakti ko bhi gadhata hai aur uski seva ko bhi.

12. Anokhapan alag padna nahi hai

Har vyakti alag boond hai, par sabko Parmeshwar ke kendra se girna hai. Anokha hona doosron se upar khada hona nahi, balki apni bulahat mein vishwas-yogya hona hai.

13. Samuday sabko ek jaisa nahi banata

Swasth samuday logon ko ek hi dhang mein nahi dabaata. Woh alag bulahaton ko pehchan kar unhe Parmeshwar ke kendra se chalne mein madad karta hai.

14. Mission Parmeshwar ka kaam hai, isliye dil halka ho sakta hai

Agar mission mera project hai, to mujhe use bachana padega. Agar mission Parmeshwar ka hai, to mujhe vishwas-yogya bhaagidaar banna hai.

15. Chhota jeevan bhi sachchi lehar ban sakta hai

Baat kaam ke aakar ki nahi, kendra ki hai. Parmeshwar se nikli chhoti seva bhi duniya mein jeevan ki lehar bana sakti hai.
